Registration and entry

How can I register to attend?

Register in advance of the show to gain quicker entry on the day and to receive important updates on all the latest news and features. Registration for the 2017 event is now open - click here to register 

What should I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?

When you arrive onsite at Safety & Health Expo 2017, the badge query desk in the registration area can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.

As a visitor to Safety & Health 2016, do I have access to any other co-located shows?

Yes, your badge for Safety & Health Expo will give you access to the rest of the shows that form the Protection & Management series; Facilities Show, FIREX International, IFSEC International, Service Management Expo, Professional Clothing Show.

What are the opening times?

Tue 20 JUNE 10:00-17:00
Wed 21 JUNE 10:00-17:00
Thu 22 JUNE 10:00-16:00

When will I receive my visitor badge?

Safety & Health Expo is an environmentally friendly show and we will not be mailing out badges in advance of the show. For this year's event, we will be sending out reminders of your unique badge number that is automatically emailed to you following online registration. If you forget to bring this with you, our registration staff will be able to look your number up for you.

Facilities at ExCeL London

Is there parking at the venue?

When driving to ExCeL London follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13.

Is there a prayer room at the venue?

The prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard - view map here

Is there a cloakroom for bags and coats?

The cloakroom is situated on Level 0 in the middle of the Boulevard. Each item will cost £1.

Where can I eat at ExCeL London?

Cafes serving light snacks and refreshments can be found within the halls alongside numerous bars, restaurants and seating areas offering anything from a quick drink to a more substantial meal. For a full list of ExCeL's restaurants and those close by, please follow this link

Are there disabled facilities at ExCeL London?

ExCeL has been purposely designed and built to allow unrestricted access to disabled visitors and to conform to Part M of the Building Regulations.
We aim to provide full access to all the facilities within the venue and recognises that disabled visitors may require extra equipment, facilities and assistance both routinely and in an emergency.
ExCeL London welcomes assistance dogs with visually and/or hearing-impaired visitors.
